We absolutely love creating custom products for you and we put a lot of thought and prayer into every item. We have a NO REFUND policy on our custom items. All journals are on back order unless it has a READY TO SHIP banner. The dates listed are estimates. Please note we have hundreds of orders and there is only one Pastor Brooke. We appreciate your patience. We ARE working to get to the next in line at all times. First come first serve is our best policy. We seek to exceed expectations when that tracking number does show up in your email and you get to cherish something that we have worked so hard on.
